Ya Brian they have them but they are no source for confusion, we just treat
them as speed bumps....

Actually they do and I'm not sure I always navigated them properly either.
Also they had some other thing like a half circle on the side of the road
that caused the whole road to veer around it. I don't know what these were
called and only saw them in Queensland near Fraser Island.
