The final reason for the concession of Al Gore is due to the opinions
of 5 conservative justices appointed by Reagan and Bush Sr. It would
be wise to understand the Nation is split, and compromise is needed,
as well as compassion to mend the fence.
Now we are faced with the extreme need for Leadership- *Real Leadership!
*Behind all technical methods of leadership there is always one
implicit purpose, that of developing MORALE
High MORALE is the index of effective leadership.
No success is possible without it.
No failure is complete unless it destroys it, since morale
is the emotional force that gives drive to group action.
MORALE is based on the belief of the *leader in the follower...
of the follower in the leader, of each in them self and both in the
cause!
