Yup..and my Dad was Commander as well<G> *It's a tradition<G>

 

As an example, my son was recently fired from his Patrol Guide position -
because he wasn't fulfilling his duties as he should have. (and I'm the
Senior Commander).

BTW, Commander Dad (me) fired him!

No breaks here - he's got to live up to the standard.

We also "Learn: from failure" (NTC) that to rise and try again,
is what a goodman will do. Commander should have had
