[RR] Ranger Of The Month/ Year

How do you use the Ranger Of The Month/Year in your outposts?  Any special forms or criteria that you use?   The reason I am asking is our recent Sectional Ranger Of The Year Playoff attendance was ......well let's just say it has a lot of improving to do.  Also Trent Dilford blew into town the afternoon of our playoff, which didn't help  He seems to be a fine Christian but the timing was just bad for us.   Part of the problem is parents putting the boys in sports.  Part of it is apathy of parents & Commanders. Part of it is the outposts are not using the Ranger Of The Month/ Year.   I can't do a lot about the first two.  But hope to use the latter to stir up the pot and perhaps help with the first two.
