I have a suggestion-
If you were to apply the meaning of the emblem's points
as a guidline for Ethics in action, and begin to explore
the world around your Rangers, the intrest of participation
would increase.
The boys are smart.
Use them to judge the success of the events you offer, untill
they become able to plan and develop events for themselevs.
*When positive changes in attitude begin to show in the lives
of boys thru successful reflection on the relation of Ranger
moral training, the parents will flock to support the Outpost.

Never block or lay a 'trip on sports minded boys and parents,
but just continue to invite them to your successful outings
and allways refere to Ranger teamwork, the patrol system and
the positives.

Work for easy successes and work to include everyone!
If you learn the names of each boy and parent, look them
in the eye and greet them by name and extend your hand and
welcome them with heart to the meeting!
A core need in People is to "belong" and to be "known" and
that will lead to "joining" and that build MORALE which as
we all know is the implicit purpose of Leadership!

*Universaly, there is a failure to plan,impliment and build
Royal Ranger outposts into something real. As soon as YOUR
SPARK catches the outpost on fire.. all the considerations
of what others are not doing will fade.
At that moment.. the "Job of Commander" becomes a joy.
