I agree with you. The Australian Army lost 3 soldiers last month when their Americian 
M113A1 Armoured Personel Carrier went into a tree at 40 kph. So whose fault was it? 
Was the company that built the Carrier or the Driver or the Maintenance workers for 
look after the Carriers? NO, done of them were at fault. It was caused by a track 
coming off the Carrier and nobody could have foreseen that.
As for those for accidently killed in Kuwait, one of them was a Kiwi and their Prime 
Minister has said the whole thing was an unfortunate accident. New Zealand lost one 
its' best Officers there, he was a member of the S.A.S. (which was thought up by an 
Aussie in WWII).

If these are not accidentsthen we can not classify Auto accidents as accidents.
