[RR] Problem child

All, In Pioneers we have a boy who is a major problem. He don't want to earn advacments or merits. During class he talks can't sit still and so on. Tonight alone he lost 30 points for ranger of the week for talking, ect.. The Sr. Commander has talked to the boy. He has also talked to boys parnets. It hasn't seemed to done much good. In Seven months time the only thing he has learned is the pledge. We want the boy in Rangers. However, we want to be able to teach the boys without haveing to correct him ever two minutes.
