Hey rick, how does your JLTC work-do you have a Jr. leader for a Sr. guide,
or a commander? When I went to JLTC as a boy, we had a commander as a SR.
Guide. Now, the district I am in has a Jr leader as a sr. guide. From my
observation, the former was more effective. Does anyone have any input?
