Dittos on the wonderful job by our trainees.   I believe they grew this weekend with a greater understanding of teamwork and what leadership is and isn't.   Sr. Guide was 23 year old Jason Williams, a former JLTC graduate and GMA. He did a right nice job.   As for Commander Rick, he broke the rope bridge before we had a chance to try it out. Good thing too, as one of our AJTC trainees was about to climb aboard for a test walk. To bad we didn't have the camera ready.   As for the commanders laughing----naught. We didn't get to see it personally. I left the bridge just before it happened.
