Ok, I just got out of my meeting with the shareholder that decides my fate.
He said the firm is in a position to where they do not have to let me go at
this time. I am secure until at least August 31. They are interviewing
attorneys at this time and hope to have someone in by the end of the month.
He cannot guarantee me a position in the section of law I am in now. That
makes me somewhat nervous as it is the only area of law I have ever worked
in.
Please pray that I find favor and that I will have an attorney to work for
soon. It is so very nerve racking to come into work knowing you have
nothing definite to do. I am doing extra that other people have, but
eventually that will peter out.
The good side of this is my hubby calls me 3 or 4 times a day to tell me he
loves me and ask me if I am ok. = )
