Gnter, thank you so much for this. I have been in this situation for a
week. Today just seems to be a bad day. This is the day everything become
official. I was just cleaning out his office, heartbreaking.
I am leaning on Jesus and I know he will hold me up as long as I need it.
Then he will put me down and turn me in the right direction and set me on my
way. I thank God for those mighty yet tender hands of my Lord.
Bless you,
Kelly

Kelly, it is very interesting to read the verse you quote.
Interesting because this Sunday my good woman and I were talking about the
very
same verse.
My employment situation has become quite shaky too and I had to endure a
substantial paycut.
And with 56 you are dead wood to the world
And in this context we shared this scripture which has become an anchor
verse in
our life.
A very strong help in trouble.
As I interpret this verse God says that we definitely should use our
understanding to the extent that we decide to trust in the Lord with all our
heart.
My understanding tells me that after many years of learning.
It does not mean that we twittle our thumbs but be extremely sensitive to
the
inner voice of the Spirit to direct our paths and go on from there.
Do and say what He wants us to do and say.
Did you ever meet somebody that did follow these heavenly instructions and
failed ?
Never ever !
Because God stands to his Word and He will bring it to pass.

Way to go.
It is no fun being in a situation like this but with assurances like this it
gives us the peace we need to "read His instructions".
No matter what, our God is still God and He has everything in His hands.
Nothing touches you before it flows through the hand of God first.
So keep looking up.
