there  are  alot  of  things  that  confuse me  about the argumnts  against
the changes. first  having  gone  through boy scouts myself  I found  the old
program and advancement  more like  the  boy scouts. Secound  this  was not
somethng  that a  national commander  decided this  was something  asked  for
in the  churchs. I  for  one  like  what  ihave seen so far in that before
a lot of the  requiremenst  were not  answered  directly in the manuel and
you had  to depend  on the  boys  answers. As  for the checks  and  balances
well this  was developed  over  time. i think the  fcf rep said  it  best
when he said I wsh  I had  attended the meetings. When  it was first  showen
to  us at the  sectional  level it was  shown as  a work in progress and that
we  were  to let  national  know  of  any thing  we  did  or  did  like yes
yo are  right  that churchs  hurt   when there is change  and I know the
national  office knows  that. God bless Harry
