The difficulties I have with Voice over IP, (VOIP) is that some basic 
services are not available like the ability to call 911 is not an option 
that is able to be used by VOIP.  I like the idea, but I don't believe it is 
developed enough yet to switch, but if I could I would.  One should avoid 
Verizon at all costs.
