Recent elections in the USA had energized the Christian faithful to come out to vote for values and family.
*Amazingly the "crisis" over issues such as the threat to traditional marriage has seemed to have faded from the front burner... CBS political reporter Bob Schaeffer gave a interesting closing note to the end of the program "Face the Nation".. In brief he told a story of a visit with his family to Egypt where they saw the pyramids and were amazed at the advanced technological culture. The family stayed in Cairo and noted that modern Egypt was not as advanced.. *What had changed? It must be that a culture that looks within itself, to find all it needs will soon be overtaken by a force of outsiders with a different agenda. The invadeing force will come from the great numbers outside the culture, who treat the grand constructions with looting and pilageing. There is a reaction to the the last election, that moves the power center into new hands. But just as some feel justified so duty to the nation is needed to promote the future welfare of a people. Bill Gates says that the time is soon comming so that no one who graduates from public school will be a candidate for employment in the new technoculture.
