Great, you have two mentors in support lets do it and by the sounds of it we both want to get to the point of not feeling guilty about our mentor eyes being elsewhere when busy. I can help with the necessary process and I know this community is perfectly capable of getting everything ready so Ate and I just have to ratify it.
