I remember someone looking quickly when we picked the name, but I think
the proper process is to use the PODLINGNAMESEARCH project in JIRA now
that Robert has it setup. I will add a new ticket today to JIRA.

We are definitely shooting for top level IMO, but I am a little unclear
what this is looking for. If we just need to provide justification for
our fit as a Top Level, that is fine; but creating lists and modules seems
to me like an activity to be done after the board accepts the resolution.

I think we could use one for helping to engage the wider community, but
definitely not something we need to worry about IMO until after
graduation. I didn't fill it out as N/A because I don't know how others
feel. The only discussion I remember about the wiki is that we did not
want to put documentation on one.

I am not sure about all three donations. We should probably double checkÅ
