thanks mike. i knew i'd have to wait. after an hour or more though,
razor-check still wasn't indicating that it was spam. changing
my min_cf to ac-1 made it diagnose the email as spam.
i guess my TeS measure isn't high enough so that just me certifying
it as spam isn't enough to bring it to the "ac".
