I have been receiving the same annoying UCE twice a week for the past three months and have been reporting all the spam that I receive using Razor v2.20. It still says "... not known spam." Why are my reports ignored? I have never reported non-spam or newsletters. However, I revoke ads from Amazon because they are not unsolicited and occasionally I report the same message a few times (accidentally). Could it ruin my TeS rating somehow?
