It was finding the razor-agent.conf... but not setting the razorhome... so
I told spamassassin where the razor-agent.conf is and it works fine now...

It's still odd how it found the correct razor-agent.conf, but didn't set the
razorhome.. *shrug* works now..

Hmm, is razor-check even finding your razor-agents.conf in the first place?
(ie: are you using razor-check -conf=filename? or an env to point it to the
conf file)

try a razor-check -d and see for sure if it's finding a config file.

You should get output like this:

  Razor-Log: Computed razorhome from env: /root/.razor
  Razor-Log: Found razorhome: /root/.razor
  Razor-Log: read_file: 15 items read from /root/.razor/razor-agent.conf
Jan 22 14:50:10.559193 check[25944]: [ 1] [bootup] Logging initiated
LogDebugLevel=9 to stdout
Jan 22 14:50:10.560369 check[25944]: [ 5] computed razorhome=/root/.razor,
conf=/root/.razor/razor-agent.conf, ident=/root/.razor/identity
