I thought that the email body only got sent with a report, not with a
revoke.  That's just an assumption so I guess I should RTFS for the
answer.  It would make sense (to me) if you could pre-emptively revoke
messages to guard against false positives.  Of course spammers could
try to game it by pre-revoking their spam, but as long as legitimate
users significantly outnumber spammers the TeS will take care of it.

If revocation does send the body then Cloudmark could just discard if
there's been no previous spam reports on it.  Or they could keep it
and run Bayesian analysis on it to help determine what constitues ham
which could also be used to improve their "Authority" product.

I'd have thought that pre-revocation would be a EFFective (sorry) in
helping prevent legitimate newsletters getting razored.  Especially if
the list manager knew of a few people who automatically used razor to
pre-revoke and made sure they got sent the newsletter first.
