Thanks for the information. Is there anyway to setup a mirrored razor server on my end?
I don't think that's particularly practical.. Note that I said that razor data is inherently constantly changing, thus it's not well suited to mirroring and caching.. the CF rating of a given email can change in a matter of minutes.
