Hi! Thank you for your comprehensive answer. First of all I have no complaints whatsoever about the Cloudmark support! I was just referring to the message sent by mister Graff. I have not experienced such a delay myself (I am personally using the SpamNet "beta" plug-in that was still free when Cloudmark launched their service and have had no noticeable delay problems).
To be honest I am actually interested in building a similar service to Cloudmark but have it open for free to a certain large target group (which I will not mention). Since the SpamNet system is working incredibly good for my personal email, the "razor" technique simply seems to be very promising. Building an Outlook + Outlook express plug-in would actually be quite easy for us. I doubt you will allow such a free alternative on your public razor servers since it would be directly competing with SpamNet (and even Spam Authority in the long run). Spam is annoying more and more people. In my opinion there should be an open and free solution ran by the public. I am very interested to hear your opinion about this!
