A couple of things: 0. Keep reporting. The server prioritizes certain traffic over others (authentication, for instance), so you may be timing out but (after authentication) your reports still get through. 1. We are fully aware of the problem, and devote a considerable amount of time and resources to the issues of accuracy, effiency and scale across all products and platforms. We are constantly improving the performance of various pieces of the SpamNet cluster, every single week, without fail. 2. The symptoms you describe are attributable to some very recent modifications we've made to the information model on the backend (which continues to keep accuracy high in some clever ways) and we've introduced a little more load as a result. Solutions are known and will be addressed quite shortly. 3. The razor-agents package is not very sophisticated software (relative to everything else we do here at Cloudmark), and lacking some of our newer features and capabilities of the system it is not a great or reliable indicator of scalability or load. It is both Vipul's and my clear intention that this will be addressed eventually. # Please be assured that this isn't any sort of bash attempt, just # want to know if it is expected to get better any time soon? Absolutely! While our level of interaction on this list has clearly declined from original levels in recent months, our involvement, dedication and rate of innovation has been following the exact opposite progression internally here at Cloudmark. I know it's disappointing and sometimes frustrating that we can't discuss as much as before about specific issues or concerns, but never forget that Vipul and I started this company in part to make Razor2 and SpamNet a success, and know that (speaking for Vipul too) he and I both continue to consider the Razor2 community to be a critical, vital, inseparable piece of that goal.
