I had read the wiki and had deliberately not enabled tcp/7.
That's strange.. why had you deliberately not enabled it.. the wiki has always stated it's a requirement.
As all was working I forgot about it until tonight's thread.
Maybe you could try disabling tcp/7 and see what happens at your end?
I'll be glad to help as I can, but unfortunately I don't have a good setup for testing that.. It'd be going quite a bit out of my way to block tcp/7 on a production multi-user corporate network.
