You have to keep in mind that SA uses a scoring system. The razor test, within SA, simply adds an additional value to that score. If you're getting messages that the mail is not known spam, it simply means that the message doesn't exist in the razor database. However, if the message's spamminess rates a score above whatever threshold you've got set (default is 5), then SA will stillt ag it as spam. What you could do, if you like, is set up a procmail recipe that deposits everything labelled as spam into a container. Peruse that container, from time to time, to make sure that here aren't any false positives. Then, once you've cleared out the ham, you could use razor-report to report the entire batch of messages in one shot.
