However, RBTI has gone so far beyond everything I’ve ever seen from any supplier to solve a problem we were having, that I just need to say thank you publicly. The MapiMail3 plugin was not working on some of our computers. I got involved with our infrastructure support and RBTI to work on this. RBTI gave me all of the information that they had, which I relayed to our support people. Our support people were trying things without success so I escalated the issue in order to get their top people on the job. Meanwhile, I called RDCC off, saying that I would update them with any developments. Yesterday, I received an email from RBTI asking how we were getting along with the issue. What supplier is that pro-active after being called off? I responded that we were still having problems, I had escalated the issue with our infrastructure team and that I would keep RDCC apprised of progress. Today, shortly after receiving confirmation from our support people that they would escalate the issue, unsolicited, I received a detailed solution to the problem from RDCC (which took about two minutes to implement). How great is that!?
