I've never tried this before.  I want to use the Loadfilenameplus plugin and
have it come up with the topmost level, which would be "My PC" when I just
bring up windows explorer on its own.  That way the user can start with his own
Pictures or Documents directory, the hard drive, and all network drives.

I don't see a way of specifying that top level with the "initial_dir".  Is
there a way to do that?

Here's the most basic syntax of what I'll be doing, with the root of C showing.

PLUGINS loadfilenameplus.rbl "vFilename|fullpath on +
    |TITLE Please select your Complaint JPG files +
    |VIEW_MODE Details +
    |FULLPATH ON +
    |NO_CHANGE_DIR ON +
    |INITIAL_DIR C:\ +
    |FILTER JPG Files (*.jpg)#*.jpg"
