I use this construct with Enhanced Grids: -- Sort table by District PROPERTY vciKCMOFeaturesBase SortASC 'CouncilDistNo' RETURN I primarily use ascending sorts but I believe “SortDesc” should work the same way; also, I always use columns names rather than column number, this way I don’t have to check with which column I am working . Have you tried removing one or both “REFRESH” lines? One more thing, be sure your component ID does not have a blank at the end. When you paste into the component ID box, the Editor adds a blank at the end and it is/was a nightmare to find it…ask me how I know. I have not checked recently and I am not sure it still does this. You ca also try: PROPERTY TABLE YourTableName 'RestoreOrderBy' To restore it to the original sort and then run your sort PROPERTY command.
