It appears that the index defined for the Order Number column within the EDBG_PT table is not long enough for the sort to take effect.

It may be that only "8GY8Z3Q" is being recognized, which would be the same for ascending and descending order sorts.

Review the Order Number column index, and ensure the index length is the same as the column length.
