Tip of the Day: Switching the RGB Hex Notation for Custom Colors
Product.......: R:BASE 11
Build.........: 11.0.1.40516 or higher
Section.......:
Settings
Keywords......: Colors, Hex notation, Delphi, HTML

You can switch between Delphi or HTML RGB Hex notation for Custom Colors.

To switch between Delphi or HTML RGB Hex notation, follow these steps: select 'Settings > Custom Colors' from the main menu bar and note the two notation options. Here, users may switch between Delphi or HTML RGB Hex notation. The default is Delphi notation.

When customizing colors for applications,
accepting HTML format (#AARRGGBB) directly from a copy/paste source can save time in active development, as most colors (online color combinations) are presented in HTML.

In Delphi mode, the Color Editor appears as "$ [.....]" in the bottom right corner. In HTML mode, it appears as "# [.....]."

Very Best R:egards,
