I have created a new label with only one data field, in the center and it still shows blank when height is set to 1.25, if I change 1.5 it it prints correctly
That may be a function of how you measure the label. For roll printers we need to measure from perforation to perforation so the label itself may be 1.25" tall but, when you tear off a single label, the height may be 1.5" overall.
