MY quotes setting is the double " quote. this was just recently updated to windows from DOS and that was one edit we didn't do at the time. I've since found out that if I try to unload all the reports, deleting all the existing rows in the production database, it does the delete but not a single one of the moved reports gets loaded. This leaves me with having to add new reports directly in the production files and perform all edits in production files as well.
