As long as those other computers are up and running, you would bring up RBase
on that computer, and go to  Help / Product Activation.   On the screen that
comes up, there's a "deactivate" button at the bottom.  In theory, that will
free up a license.  But I'm pretty sure (don't quote me) it works only if
you're on a supported version, which I think is only version 11 right now.  But
you could try it to see what happens if you aren't on 11.

I haven’t managed R:Base licenses on multiple computers in a number of years.
We have all of our licenses in use and I suspect there are several on PCs not
using the software anymore.  I’m not sure how to see the licenses and computers
using the software so we can free up some copies.

Thanks for any guidance where to find this information.
