Thanks for the suggestion. At least one computer I suspect has a Rbase license is not running and I can’t see if it is installed on that old machine.

On the screen that comes up, there's a "deactivate" button at the bottom. In theory, that will free up a license. But I'm pretty sure (don't quote me) it works only if you're on a supported version, which I think is only version 11 right now. But you could try it to see what happens if you aren't on 11.
