[RBASE-L] - Can't install inline DOS Patch 6.5++ ?

My attempt to upgrade 6.5++ DOS on my personal computer failed.

1st the RbDOSupdate.exe is not a DOS file name 
with 12345678.123 format!

It seems to want to run in Windows

2nd The error message:

ERROR
     Cannot find Installation Information.
           Update Process Aborted.
                     OK
