We use Citrix shadowing for this kind of interaction, assuming the user is running a Citrix session, having connected to our network using Citrix Extranet from home. Otherwise we then PC Anywhere to another server, or use VNC to user machines. VNC is another host/remote program, free, I think. Not as good as the other stuff, but workable.


I have seen Frank work with this and it's amazing. Frank has a citrix
server. I can connect to Frank's server with Citrix, start up NetOp and from
my desk get access to watch and if necessary intervene with any user in his
network!
