of course these emails can be spoofed or intercepted (:

(spoofing is difficult if they use encryption, not sure if they do, but
interception would be easier)

Yes, they would - with home, they can send out an email with permission to
use the remote access and with pro it can be setup for anytime access.

How does a consultant use this, though?  Wouldn't every client have to
be on XP?
