Emmitt:

When I click on my DUN and "connect" I hear it dialing,
hear it picking up, get a "verifying account name and
password", and then an immediate error with the verification.
I know 100.0% that my username and password are right.

I set up another DUN with the old username and password
that still works perfectly fine on my Win98 machine.  This
same DUN in XP gives the same verification error.  So that's
got me confused.  Where do you think the blame is on this? 
Is it XP in sending the data, or is it Compuserve in
receiving it?

Feel free to reply privately if you think we shouldn't
clutter up the list with this.
