Karen:

I suggested the key map because you noted they were accustomed to 
"arrowing" down to the next section (or something like that). I can only 
suggest mapping another key if the Down arrow isn't appropriate... or 
mapping the down key conditionally using an eep ... so on entry to a 
particular field map the key, and on exit delete the map.
