Here is a neat, robust, and FREE program that works like you want it. I found it on our timeclock supplier program website many years ago. It works on all Windows platforms.
http://www.jantek.com/downloads.htm Just scroll down till you find it under utilities. You can have it print just by hitting the print screen button.
