Thanks for the tip. The software is very easy to use and what is really great is that you can PDF the file instead of the printer. When you click on the install, it takes a nanosecond and you think it did not install but if you hit your PrtScrn key it pops up with many choices.

I never open attachments from anyone I do not know and I select the messages I want to read off the BellSouth Server before I bring them down to my PC.

Here is a neat, robust, and FREE program that works like you want it. I
found it on our timeclock supplier program website many years ago. It works
on all Windows platforms.
Just scroll down till you find it under utilities.
You can have it print just by hitting the print screen button.

Thanks, but I have operators that want to print screen what the see in front
of them like we could in 95 and I realize that is old concept but I always
try to appease the lions for fear they might bight my hands off.
I may have to tell them this is not possible, but need to exhaust all
resources 1st.
