It is an executable. I usually put it in my startup so it is always running and waiting for my "print screen" press!!

I found it on our timeclock supplier program website many years ago. It works on all Windows platforms. http://www.jantek.com/downloads.htm Just scroll down till you find it under utilities. You can have it print just by hitting the print screen button.
