There have been a number of posts regarding a "phantom user" logged in, and after you run reload and attempt to DISC and delete the old data base, you get "Access Denied" since the dbfiles are seen as Open. I.e., if they send you the data base it will be fine. I've only had this problem on Terminal Server and also where a client had Novell running under NT. Part of it was exiting RBase improperly.
