I know it must be something different in the 7410 but
what is it and why?

I wish there was a standard in printers or at least
within the same company. HP compo printers give me
the most problems.

This doctor paid a lot of money for the app, I am
about to offer to buy him a $300 inkjet so he can
print his insurance claims. That would be easier than
trying to figure this out.
