Hi Razzak! SCRATCH is off and I have Build 8.0.16.30903 installed. Should I go ahead with the "rebuild my database" suggestion?

Steve, First and foremost, make sure that you are using the latest updates of R:BASE Turbo V-8 for Windows. http://www.rupdates.com/rbg8/ FYI, R:BASE Turbo V-8 Update 16 (Build: 8.0.16.30102 Public) and R:BASE Turbo V-8 Update 17 (Build: 8.0.17.30122 Private) are the latest and greatest versions available. A few suggestions: 01. Check the SCRATCH settings of currently opened R:BASE session SHOW SCRATCH Then, verify the existence of folder as shown for SCRATCH Make sure that the logged-in user has full rights to that SCRATCH folder. You may also use the SCRATCH TMP settings in RBEngine8.CFG to take full advantage of automated Windows Environment. 02.
