V4.5++ for DOS was a great implementation of RBase but the v7.6 for DOS
is an even greater implementation. It is a shame that the user was not
able to pick up a v7.6 for DOS copy. I managed to do so at the same
$195 as the windows version. Perhaps, Razzak will offer another March
maddness sale as was offered in 2007.

If that users application did not use variable forms the conversion from
v4.5++ for DOS v7.6 for DOS is almost painless. An added advantage is that
the latest DOS version plays much better under Windows than v4.5++. Also
in time all the lates fearures make enhancing even the DOS version much
easier.

James,

R:BASE 7.6 for DOS is the result of all engine level enhancements/bug fixes
in R:BASE 7.6 for Windows. This also enables a fully compatible environment
when working simultaneously with R:BASE for DOS and Windows applications.

Using similar versions, you may still run your application(s) while making
a smooth transition from DOS to Windows.

Thanks for your personal feedback, as well as testing the R:BASE 7.6 for DOS
Update 3 (Build: 7.6.3.30214), before the official release on February 14th.
Your efforts are greatly appreciated.

Very Best R:egards,

Razzak.
