Hello Razzak,

It's good to be back!
(And a rather belated but nonetheless heartfelt 'Thank You!' for
looking after R:Base for me while I was away... My, hasn't it
_grown_!!) **

Ah -- I did increase this to 10 from the default 5, but clearly it
wasn't enough to just double it. I guess R:Base/Windows must open
several files every time I nest things (like calling a form from
within a form); I have been thinking 'nesting levels' for 'files' --
too simplistic!

Yes, I have set SCRATCH ON.

YAY!!

An excellent useful list! Thank you!

Yes, it does! I just need to put the time in to study and practice.

Thank you again

Best regards

** Some might expect a 'smiley' here, but I don't do 'smileys'.
The remark might be phrased flippantly, but I do really seriously
thank Razzak and his team -- and all of you here, 'cos you're
responsible too -- first for saving R:Base, and then for continuing
to grow it over the years. I'm only a very occasional programmer
these days, but I can still appreciate R:Base for the amazing product
that it is.
