  It could be the security issue. How did you log into the pc as
administrator or another user. That has happened to me on my Vista lap top.
If I log in as administrator I need the product key even though when
installing I checked anyone can use it on this computer.

I have not started my Rbase 7.5 in several days and went today and now find
out that my product key is gone, on top of that my version of 7.6 which I
have not used in several weeks also is missing the product key--scary--.
I've got windows live care and checked for viruses etc.  Never had this
happen before.

Any ideas.
