Tom:
I run into a similar problem when running MS Office (after installing it on
a Vista laptop) where every time I started it would ask me to verify the
EULA and License.
The solution in Vista is to start the Windows Explorer and go to the
directory where the application resides (C:\RBTI\RBG75), highlight the
application (RBG75.exe), right click and select "Run as Administrator" and
you will not be prompted for the key again. I am not sure if it will work
for you, but it is worth a try.

Subject: [RBASE-L] - What happened

I have not started my Rbase 7.5 in several days and went today and now find
out that my product key is gone, on top of that my version of 7.6 which I
have not used in several weeks also is missing the product key--scary--.
I've got windows live care and checked for viruses etc.  Never had this
happen before.
Any ideas.
