Tom: I run into a similar problem when running MS Office (after installing it on a Vista laptop) where every time I started it would ask me to verify the EULA and License. The solution in Vista is to start the Windows Explorer and go to the directory where the application resides (C:\RBTI\RBG75), highlight the application (RBG75.exe), right click and select "Run as Administrator" and you will not be prompted for the key again. I am not sure if it will work for you, but it is worth a try.

I've got windows live care and checked for viruses etc. Never had this happen before. Any ideas. Tom Hart
