Goof afternoon, Jay! Technically, that is the result of R:BASE un-installer unable to find the original installation log (RBTIxxxxxxxx.log) installed under c:\windows folder. This can be cleaned out by running a few registry cleaner utilities, such as, CCLeaner, etc. In your specific circumstances, follow the instructions below to successfully install the latest version of R:Docs 7.6. 01. Windows | Start | Run | RegEdit 02. Registry Editor | Main Menu | Edit | Find ... Search for the following string: {BCC2A8F2-DE0B-4E71-8E06-8F72ED75171F} Typically found under: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE|SOFTWARE|Microsoft|Windows|Uninstall Once found, carefully highlight and then use the [Del] key to delete this entry. 03.
